Brown Beauty

This song is a love letter to black women and women of color around the world.
I wrote this song to acknowledge our ability to constantly navigate the multiple worlds.
I wrote this song to celebrate our resilience and to simply say 'I see you, I celebrate you and I love you.'

The #BrownBeauty campaign originated from this song as I recruited
women of color on social media to appear in the music video- however, I won’t ever stop this movement.
